for days now my mama has been telling me to put up a new blog post. i just couldn't seem to find the time. i didn't mean to leave you guys hanging, but my great-grandmother and my great-aunt came to visit, my uncle elias was home for two nights, we put some trees up in the living room . . . there was a lot going on! um, just out of curiosity, why do people bring trees inside sometimes? i thought they belonged outside!
i can't show you a finished picture of the trees yet because we ran out of lights and nana and grandpa are going to get more on thursday. so possibly by friday or saturday i can post a living room picture! we can't blame them, three is a lot of trees!!
i've been helping nana and mama in the kitchen a lot. they just keep on baking! they say there are still more cookies to be made! is that possible?

Yes, Judah we have a tree in our living room too! Lots of lights and ornaments!
My favorite thing to do is after everyone has gone to bed is have all the lights out and just turn on the tree and sit and look at it. It puts me in a gratful mood! So I find I pray and thank God for all I have...and for pretty trees inside!

Judah, I love that picture of you! Are you wishing you were out there? Or maybe you're wondering why the tree ISN'T out there? Either way, you're precious and inquisitive... I love it! I bet by the time it was all said and done you really came to dig the indoor tree. It's yet another way to remember our wonderful savior who will one day come in to your heart just as that tree came in to your home. And you'll enjoy that even more!
