Christmas and Grandpa

On Christmas day, I wore a dress that my mama wore on her first Christmas.  That made Nana really happy.  Her mama had it made for my mama a long time ago and now I can wear it.  Do you like it?  I do!

We had a lot of people come over to the house!  It was fun.  We sang some pretty songs about angels and about Jesus when He was a baby.  I had never heard those songs before but I sure liked everyone singing altogether.

I also got this new onesie saying that it was my first Christmas!   I sure liked Christmas.  I hope we get to do that again soon.  My mama says I have to wait, but I'm not sure I like the sound of that.  She uses that word about food sometimes and I KNOW I don't like that!

Here is a nice picture of my mom and I!

Wow! See how many people we fit around the table? I told you there were a lot!

My mama also said that you might like to see how I sometimes help Grandpa in the yard.  He's working on putting in a patio out front and a walkway too.  He says that I'm a big helper and that maybe I will need a tool belt of my own.  I haven't seen one in my size yet.

I like the picture of Judah with her Grandpa. It's great to grow up close to her grandparents.

First of all I LOVE, LOVE the dress! Even before I read the story behind it I was planning to comment on it. Please save it for YOUR first daughter, Judah! It is just adorable, and what a special family keepsake to pass down.

Don't worry, another Christmas will be here before you know it... and you'll be in to EVERYTHING! It makes me laugh just to think of it. It is going to be so fun, and your mama will really be on her toes!

Speaking of her, y'all look so happy and beautiful together. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... You have the most GORGEOUS, smooth skin, and the warm, golden tone of it is just fabulous!

Judah, you are so cute. How neat is it that you are able to wear the same dress that your mom did. It looks like you had a fun Christmas with lots of family.
I've been watching you grow by checking your blog. By the way, I am Phillip's mom. I sign on as "Bop" because that's what one of my grandsons called me. (He calls me "Damma" now.) I hope to meet you some day. I know your Grandpa and Grandma, and I have met your mama.
