my papa called my mama and wanted to make sure she has been reading to me from the Bible. she has.

"unless the Lord builds a house, they labor in vain who build it;
unless the Lord guards a city, the watchman keeps awake i vain.
it is vain for you to rise up early, to retire late, to eat the bread of painful labors;
for He gives to His beloved even in his sleep.

behold, children are a gift of the Lord;
the fruit of the womb is a reward.
like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
so are the children of one's youth.
how blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them
;
they shall not be ashamed,
when they speak with their enemies in the gate."

psalm 127

You most certainly are a beautiful little girl, Judah! We can't wait to meet you and see your mama again when you come to Evansvile!

Judah, you probably don't fully appreciate it yet, but you will someday see the huge blessing it is to have parents train you up in Scripture! i pray that you remember the words your mama and papa are teaching you and use them to guide you in your journey! (i do realize that you're only almost a week old...but it's never too early!)
